“(…) there may be 'born leaders', but there surely are far too few to depend on them. Leadership must be learned and can be learned.” (1996)

In 40 years of consulting and research within all kinds of organizations, this was the most important lesson Peter Drucker, one of the most influential scholars in the field of leadership in the XX century, ever learned.
If this was true in Drucker's time, in a period characterized by constant and rapid change, whoever can develop his/her own leadership and that of his/her team, will hold the key to success in the XXI Century.
